Free shipping applies only to orders after all discount codes, credits and loyalty points have been applied.

Shipping Process

  • Each order is carefully packed by trained shipping staff.

  • Items placed in suitable packaging to protect during transit (insulation, temperature-control if needed).

  • We ship via FedEx and UPS with next-business-day delivery guarantee.

  • You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.

  • Someone should be available upon delivery to avoid the package being exposed to exterior elements like extreme heat or cold. We recommend holding at a staffed facility if possible.

  • Orders are shipped on the date selected at checkout; for safety we will not ship without a confirmed delivery date.

  • Weather conditions or extreme temperatures may cause a delay.

  • Orders may be held for up to one (1) week upon request (adjust based on product type).

  • In-store pickup is available and save up to 25% OFF: Enter your ZIP at checkout and select pickup if available.

Coverage & Restrictions

  • We ship across the continental U.S. only.

  • We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska.

  • International shipping is not available. Shipping abroad or exporting voids any shipping guarantee.

Guarantee & Conditions

  • Your live stock purchase comes with our standard 5 Day Guarantee, for Dry goods, Equipment and accessories refer to the manufactures guidelines.

  • Proof required (photo/video) within two hours after successful delivery reported by our carrier (Fedex). Please Refer to our Claim Form.

  • No signature required for delivery, but immediate unpacking is highly encouraged.

  • Orders with pending payment will not ship until fully paid.

Payment and Cut-Off

  • Please ensure payment is completed to avoid shipping delay.

  • Our daily cut-off time for shipping is 5 :00 PM local time. Orders placed after cut-off will ship the next business day (According To Our Shipping Table In This Page)
